Bently Nevada has refreshed its customer-support information page for late October 2026, giving parts buyers and maintenance teams a clearer map of who handles what. The page separates Customer Care — quoting, PO acceptance and order tracking — from Technical Support, which is delivered at Basic, Essential or Premier level under an M&S agreement or SSA. It also republishes regional sales-inquiry numbers for Brazil, Mexico, Belgium, France/Belgium and Germany, alongside separate technical-support lines that are easy to confuse with them.

Quick answer: which Bently Nevada channel should you use?
- Price, lead time, part-number triage, PO or order status: Customer Care. Use the regional email in the country directory, or the sales-inquiry number for your region.
- Product behaviour, documentation, diagnostics, configuration or training: Technical Support at [email protected] or the regional technical-support line.
- Before you contact either team, have the site name, end-user company, full address, city and country, M&S number (if you have one) and the date you need the answer or part.
- Important distinction: the five numbers highlighted in the October update are sales-inquiry lines. They are not the technical-support hotlines — the tech-support list is separate and differs in several countries.
What the support page now says
Customer Care is described as support across the commercial lifecycle, split into three jobs. Quoting covers customer data maintenance, quote generation and initial part-number triage. Ordering covers PO review and acceptance plus order booking. Order Management covers status on existing orders, change orders and tracking information. For anyone sourcing a replacement 3500 module or a 3300 XL probe, the useful phrase is “initial part number triage”: if you have a tag number, a photo of the label or a partial model string, that team can help identify the part before a quote is issued.
Technical Support is positioned around information rather than transactions: products, documentation, knowledge and training. The page states that the team can deliver tailored support capabilities and information “whether you hold a Basic, Essential, or Premier level M&S Agreement or SSA”, and that the team is available to every customer of Bently Nevada Asset Condition Monitoring products. That wording matters: access is universal, but the depth of entitlement depends on the agreement level. The page does not publish a public feature matrix, response-time targets or coverage hours for the three tiers.
| Function | What it covers | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Quoting | Customer data maintenance, quote generation, initial part-number triage | You have a tag number, label photo or partial model and need a price |
| Ordering | PO review and acceptance, order booking | Your PO is ready and you need it booked |
| Order Management | Status on existing orders, change orders, tracking | The order is already acknowledged and you need an update |
| Technical Support | Product information, documentation, knowledge, training, tier-tailored support | The question is technical, not commercial |
Global contact numbers, by channel
The directory is organized by purpose as well as by country. Use the table that matches the task, not the first number you recognize — in Germany and France the sales, customer-care and technical-support numbers are all different.

For non-urgent issues Baker Hughes asks customers to use email; the phone lines are for urgent situations. Numbers and emails are republished here as a convenience and can change without notice — confirm on the official support page before relying on one for a critical shutdown.
M&S Basic, Essential and Premier: what is confirmed
The public page confirms four things and leaves the commercial detail to the agreement itself:
- There are three named levels: Basic, Essential and Premier.
- Two agreement families are referenced: M&S agreements and SSA. The page uses the abbreviations without expanding them.
- The level changes the “tailored support capabilities and information” a customer receives.
- Technical Support is available to every customer of Bently Nevada asset condition monitoring products, not only to agreement holders.
What the page does not publish: response-time targets, coverage hours, escalation paths, software-update entitlement, the split between remote and on-site diagnostics, training credits, legacy-product coverage or renewal pricing. Anyone comparing the tiers should ask for those points in writing rather than infer them from the tier names.
Six questions worth putting in an email before renewal: What are the response and restore targets for my site? Which hours and holidays apply? Who is the named escalation contact? Does the tier include System 1 software updates and which versions? Are legacy 3500 and 3300 XL products covered at the same level? What happens to the agreement if the site changes owner or the asset is resold?
How to open a technical-support ticket that gets answered
Email is the documented route for non-urgent support, and a complete first message avoids the usual round of clarifications. Baker Hughes asks for these fields:
- Description of your issue
- End-user company name
- Site name
- Address, city and country
- M&S number (if you have one)
- Date you need the answer (“want date”)
Add the details that let an engineer reproduce the problem: rack and module part numbers and serial numbers, the System 1 version, the exact alarm or event text, what changed recently (firmware, wiring, probe replacement, shutdown), and clear photos of the label and the rack front. A message that arrives with these attached usually opens a usable ticket on the first pass.
What this means for spare-parts buyers
If the requirement is a stocked or obsolete module, the fastest route is often a parts specialist rather than a factory lead time. Typical examples include a 3500/15 power supply, a 3500/05 rack, a 3500/20 RIM, a 3500/22M TDI, a 3500/25 Keyphasor module, a 3500/33 relay module, a 3500/40M monitor or a 3500/42M vibration monitor, a 3500/92 gateway, a 3300 XL 330180 proximitor, a 330130 probe or a 330500 Velomitor.
Use Bently Nevada’s teams for entitlement, configuration, firmware, warranty and safety-critical diagnostics. Use a parts supplier for identification, stock and delivery. The architecture behind these parts is covered in the 3500 system guide and the 3500/42M system page, with application notes for gas turbines, oil and gas compressors and petrochemical protection.
One caution for second-hand purchases: do not assume that a used module carries the seller’s M&S coverage. Agreements are commercial entitlements tied to a customer and site, so confirm the position with Baker Hughes before you rely on support for a resold asset.
One reason entitlement questions keep coming up is that the vendor now frames the whole stack as a single portfolio. The hardware layer has its own brand since the October 2026 page change — see what Cordant™ Devices actually covers — and the services layer lists Spare Parts Analysis as a consulting line.
FAQ
Who do I contact for a Bently Nevada quote?
Use Customer Care’s quoting function: the regional customer-care email or the sales-inquiry number for your country. Have the part number, tag number or a photo of the label ready, because initial part-number triage happens before a quote is issued.
Do I need an M&S agreement to contact technical support?
No. The support page says the technical team is available to every customer of Bently Nevada asset condition monitoring products. The agreement level changes the depth and tailoring of what you receive, not whether you can ask a question.
What do Basic, Essential and Premier actually include?
The page confirms that three levels exist and that support is tailored to them, but it does not publish a feature matrix, response times or coverage hours. Ask Baker Hughes for the written scope of each level, including escalation, software updates and legacy-product coverage.
Which number is technical support in Germany or France?
In Germany, technical support is +49 800 183 0423, while the sales-inquiry line is +49 69 9675 88 94 and customer care is +49 800 182 3669. In France, technical support is +33 2 72 24 99 01; the sales and customer-care number is +33 1 8626 7182. Calling the sales line with a fault report usually adds a transfer.
Can a resold 3500 module be covered by the original M&S agreement?
Do not assume so. M&S and SSA agreements are commercial entitlements attached to a customer and site. If you are buying used hardware, confirm entitlement separately with Baker Hughes rather than treating the seller’s agreement as transferable.
